Our central reservations service forms an essential part of our core business offering. Our reservations team deals with all guest, trade and third-party reservations on your behalf. The team is responsible for capturing all relevant guest information and travel information and capturing this in the correct system. The reservations team member will communicate this information to the property should they not have access to the reservations system for whatever reason.
The information gained through keeping records in a statistical and scheduled format helps management and executive decision making. It is valuable when planning, especially concerning each properties’ marketing strategy. We provide efficient processing of telephonic, website and email enquiries. Replies are all personalised and in line with the booking enquiry- trade versus direct guest enquiry.

- Provisional bookings followed up promptly. Bookings from the travel trade are also managed by extending or releasing according to terms and conditions
